About Us
Built by people who understand recovery.
Feel Deal Heal was founded on a simple belief: that men in early recovery deserve more than a place to sleep. They deserve a community, a structure, and a reason to show up every day.
Our story
Feel Deal Heal LLC was born out of firsthand experience with the gaps in the recovery system. Too many men leave treatment with nowhere safe to go — no structure, no accountability, no community. They return to the same environments that fueled their addiction, and the cycle continues.
We created Feel Deal Heal to be something different. A home where men can feel their emotions, deal with the challenges of early recovery, and heal — together. The name isn't just a tagline. It's the work we do every single day.
Located in Virginia, our home provides a structured, supportive environment for men who are serious about building a new life. We are not a treatment center. We are a community — and community is what makes recovery stick.
"Feel. Deal. Heal. In that order."
What we stand for
Accountability
We hold each other to a higher standard — not out of judgment, but out of care. Accountability is an act of love in this house.
Community
Recovery is not a solo journey. The bonds formed in this house are often the most important relationships our residents will ever have.
Purpose
Every resident is expected to pursue something meaningful — a job, a program, an education. Purpose is the antidote to addiction.
Honesty
We create a space where men can be honest about where they are without shame. Honesty is the foundation of every recovery.
Growth
We celebrate progress, not perfection. Every day sober is a victory worth acknowledging.
Respect
Every resident, regardless of background, is treated with dignity. This home belongs to everyone who lives in it.
What makes us different
Many sober living homes offer a bed and a set of rules. We offer something more: genuine investment in each resident's recovery. Our house managers are not just supervisors — they are mentors who have walked the same road.
We keep our household small intentionally, because real community requires real connection.
